It owns and manages Majestic City, Sri Lanka's most sought after 'Destination Centre' incorporating a diverse range of shopping Outlets in the shopping Mall-cum-entertainment complex, which comprises a supermarket, international franchise restaurant, fast food & drinks, food zone, amusement center for children, and multiplex with four screens.

The company was founded by Mr. Albert A. Page on March 9, 1983 and is headquartered in Colombo.

The complex is spread over an area of approximately 250,000 square feet, with approximately three floors of shopping space sited around an Atrium.

The Company was listed in the Colombo Stock Exchange on March 22, 1988
